Are you a die-hard chocolate lover?! Well, if you are, National Geographic has named the top 10 places to get the best chocolate in the world! If you are in the traveling mood, and would like to go on an adventure during your summer vacation, Canada is the closest place to go, while still crossing a border and getting your passport checked. The Chocoholic Buffet in Vancouver, Canada is number one on the list. This buffet is located in Sutton Place Hotel’s Fleuri Restaurant. The buffet has an all-you-can-eat chocolate buffet. This restaurant serves homemade cakes, pastries, pies, and other delicious goodies made of premium-quality Schokinag chocolate. The restaurant also serves liquor flavored cocktails and liqueurs.

If, however, you are looking to go on a road trip without crossing any country borders, New York City has the second best chocolate place. The Magnolia Bakery is downtown and has a sweet 1950s style to it. In one episode of Sex and the City, some of the characters stopped into the shop for a cupcake-fueled sugar rush, which made the store more popular. Magnolia Bakery is famous for red velvet chocolate cupcakes. The bakery also dispenses an array of brightly colored cupcakes, banana pudding, cookies, cherry cheesecake, and brownies
The third best place in the world for chocolate is also in New York City. This little shop is called Max Brenner, and they are known for their amazing hot chocolate that is served in a hand warming “hug mug” that spoils the drinker. This shop is a Broadway shop and restaurant who offer a varied amount of cacao-based products from their chocolate truffle martini to chocolate fondue and to Young’s chocolate stout.
